Industry Minister, JICA leadership discuss ways to boost manufacturing industry sector in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, April 26, 2022 (FBC) – The Industry Minister, Melaku Alebel received the leadership of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) at his office where they discussed various issues including ways how to enhance efficiency of the manufacturing sector in Ethiopia.

The two sides explored mechanisms that would help boost the manufacturing industry in the country.

On the occasion, Melaku stated that JICA is supporting the Government of Ethiopia in promoting industrialization. “Our future cooperation will focus on “ETHIOPIA – TAMRIT” industry movement that will bring a significant transformation in the sector,” he added.
