ICRC distributes household items to 24,000 IDPs returned to their homes in northern Ethiopia
Addis Ababa, December 13, 2022 (FBC) – People displaced by the conflict in Ethiopia lost their assets to the war. And, the International Commission of Red Cross is playing its part reinstating the people who are being returned to their homes.
As part of its continued assistance to conflict affected communities in northern parts of Ethiopia, ICRC has distributed basic household items to 24,000 displaced persons who returned to Raya Kobo and Alamata towns and surroundings.
A few days ago, ICRC distributed basic household items to displaced people in Shiraro, northwestern zone of Tigray.
