High Level Event On Social Protection for Nation Building in Ethiopia Kicks Off

Addis Ababa, May 23, 2023 (FBC) – High Level Social Protection for Nation Building in Ethiopia’ a National Social Protection Conference is being held in African Union Commission (AUC, in Addis Ababa.

High level Officials including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Ethiopia, Demeke Mekonne and AUC Deputy Chairperson, Monique Nsanzabaganwa among others are delivering keynote speeches.

The National Social Protection Conference aims to enhance awareness on role of social protection in contributing to sustainable development, social cohesion and nation building and stakeholders’ support towards better positioning the agenda amongst national development priorities.
