Health Minister Dr. Lia discusses with Congolese, Namibian counterparts on collaboration in health sector

Addis Ababa, April 28, 2022 (FBC) – The Health Minister Dr. Lia Tadesse met with Jean Jacques Mbungani Mbanda, Minister of health of Democratic Republic of Congo to discuss on establishing a strong partnership between  the two countries in the health sector.

The two discussed with emphasis on the preparedness and response to public health emergencies.

Likewise, Dr. Lia Deputy Minister of Health of Namibia Dr. Esther Muinjangue to discuss areas of collaboration in health sector between the two countries, particularly in the area of health workforce both in recruitment and training.
