Health Minister discusses with Director-General of Int’l Vaccine Institute

Addis Ababa, October 7, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopia’s Minister of Health, Dr. Lia Taddese, had a discussion with Prof. Jerome Kim, Director General of the International Vaccine Institute and his team.

The discussion aims at strengthening the existing collaborations with Ministry of Health, Ethiopia Armauer Hansen Research Institute and Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) in clinical trials and enhancing local vaccine manufacturing capacity through the African Vaccine Alliance, the Partnerships for African Vaccine Manufacturing (PAVM) and more, the Minister said via a post published on her social media page.
