Hawassa City disinfected against Coronavirus pandemic
Addis Ababa, March 21, 2021 (FBC) – The City Administration of Hawassa has conducted spraying of disinfectant chemicals in a bid to contain spread of Coronavirus in the regional capital.
The spaying has been applied to highways, social service providing institutions including bus terminals and hotels, according to the city administration.
Head of Hawassa City Administration health Department, Muntasha Birhanu said that 4,275 people out of the total 34,738 have tested positive for Coronavirus in the city.
City Administration confirmed yesterday 86 new cases out of 200 samples diagnosed in 24 hours, he added.
