Gorgora Eco Resort inaugurated in the presence of PM Abiy Ahmed

Addis Ababa, July 13, 2024 (FBC) – Gorgora Eco Resort, one of the tourism projects developed under the “Dine for Nation” initiative has been inaugurated today in the presence of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, the Office of the Prime Minister confirmed.

The first phase of the project was launched in March 2021 by the Prime Minister himself.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by PM Abiy Ahmed, other federal and regional government officials, representatives of the local community, diplomats, and representatives of multilateral organizations based in Ethiopia.

Gorgora Eco Resort is located on the shores of Lake Gorgora, the southwestern part of the historical city of Gondar, in the Amhara Region.
