FM Taye Atske-Selassie confers with US Ambassador to Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, July 15, 2024 (FBC) – The Foreign Minister of Ethiopia, Ambassador Taye Atske-Selassie, had a meeting at his office today with Ervin Massinga, the United States Ambassador to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

The two sides discussed regional issues of mutual interest, particularly on peace initiatives in the Sudan.

Note that Foreign Minister Taye also had a discussion with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Bogdanov, on mechanisms to strengthen bilateral political and economic relations.
