First Lady Zinash calls for concerted efforts on gender equality
Addis Ababa, February 19, 2023 (FBC) – First Lady Zinash Tayachew has called for concerted efforts and firm focus on gender equality.
First Lady Znash Tayachew made remarks at the regular meeting of the 27th Ordinary General Assembly of the Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD) themed “Closing Gaps and Empowering Women and communities”.
In her statement, the First Lady stressed that efforts should be enhanced to reduce the gap in gender equality.
According to the Office of the First Lady-Ethiopia, the 27th Annual General Meeting of African First Ladies is being held from February 15, 2023 in Addis Ababa.
