Expansion project makes Modjo Dry Port a logistics hub for East Africa: Official

Addis Ababa, June 6, 2022 (FBC) – The Transport and Logistics Minister, Dagmawit Moges recently paid a visit to Paid a visit to Modjo dry port expansion project construction which is under implementation at a cost of 4.78 billion birr.

The facility under construction will equip the port with additional warehouses, container yards, access roads and gate controls, Dagmawit said.

“Up on completion, it will be the nucleus of the Ethiopian Logistics System and is an integral part of making Ethiopia the Logistics Hub for East Africa and beyond.”
