Ethiopia’s COVID-19 cases rise to 194
Addis Ababa, May 8, 2020 (FBC) – Ethiopia has reports three new cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) out of the 1, 861 samples taken over the past 24 hours.
All the confirmed cases are Ethiopia nationals aged between 23-33 years and have no travel history abroad, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health.
Two people have also recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 95, it added.
The total number of confirmed cases in Ethiopia is now 194, with an overall test count of 30, 306. The country has so far 4 deaths from the virus.
