Ethiopians stage a rally in Pretoria to denounce West’s pressure on Africa

Addis Ababa, November 29, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopians, people of Ethiopian origin and friends of Ethiopia living in South Africa held a rally in Pretoria to denounce pressure from western powers on Africa.

South Africans, Pan-Africanists and people from various African countries have participated in the demonstration.

The demonstrators gathered outside the U.S. Embassy and condemned its unwarranted meddling in Ethiopia’s internal affairs. They also issued a letter to the Embassy calling the U.S. to stop pressuring Ethiopia.

The demonstrators also chanted slogans that denounce attempts of the western powers to impose neo-colonialism on Ethiopia and other African countries.
