Ethiopians living in three states of U.S discuss GERD progress

Addis Ababa, June 4, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopians living in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio State of the United States has discussed the progress of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissace Dam and ways of furthering support to the flagship project.

Members of the Diaspora community who participated in the discussion also stressed need to concerted efforts to counter external pressures into Ethiopia’s domestic affairs following the designation of TPLF as a terrorist organization.

Ethiopian-Americans have to brief the U.S. senators on what is going on in Ethiopia in the aftermath of the premeditated attack by the terrorist TPLF against the National Deffense Force and measures being taken by the government to maintain rule of law and restore normalcy in affected areas.

They further reitrated commitment for the successul comoletion of GERD.
