Ethiopian Umbrella Association in Kenya officially launches operation

Addis Ababa, July 16, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopian Umbrella Association has officially launched operation in the presence of representatives of the diplomatic community from the embassy in Nairobi.

The association is aimed to create a firm togetherness and cooperation among member of the Ethiopian Community in the Kenya, Deputy Head of Mission, Ambassador Siraj Reshid said.

Ambassador Siraj Reshid affirmed commitment of the Embassy to give all the necessary support to the association.

Association is also said an instrumental to mobilize financial and psychological support to the Construction of the Grand Ethiopian (GERD) from the community and tackle disinformation and fake news that target national interests of Ethiopia.
