Ethiopian Mission EU calls on international community to pressure TPLF to AU-Led Peace Talks

Addis Ababa, August 29, 2022 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Permanent Mission to EU asked the international community to force terrorist TPLF to come to the peace talks led by the African Union.

The Permanent Mission stated that the international community should put pressure on the TPLF to end its war against the people of Ethiopia.

The government of Ethiopia will continue to call for a peace agreement without any conditions, however, TPLF chose to inflict another conflict and went to war, the Permanent Mission indicated in twitter.

“The Government of Ethiopia is consistently calling for the peace deal unconditionally, whereas TPLF has opted to initiate another cycle of conflict. International Community need to push TPLF to stop its war against the people of Ethiopia and come to AU led peace talks”, reads the statement.
