Ethiopian, Indian PMs discuss bilateral relations

Addis Ababa, May 6, 2020 (FBC) –Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed has held phone discussion with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The two leaders discussed on bilateral issues and COVID19 mitigation efforts in their respective countries.

In a Facebook post, the Ethiopian Prime Minister said “pleased to have spoken on the phone with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi on bilateral issues as well as experiences of  COVID-19 mitigation efforts underway in our countries.”

“We affirmed commitment to build upon the successes and achievements of the existing bilateral cooperation between Ethiopia and India,” he added.
