Ethiopian Diaspora donates $100,000 for GERD in single day

Addis Ababa, August 1, 2021 (FBC) –Ethiopian Diaspora donated $100,000 for the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) in a single day.

In a tweet, Ambassador of Ethiopia to the United States, Fitsum Arega, appreciated the Diaspora for the donation.

“Each day is a gift to do better and be better. Thank you for using each day to lighten the burden of more than 60 million lives in Ethiopia!” he said.
