Ethiopian Delegation Engages in Experience Sharing with CPC’s Organization Department 

Addis Ababa, October 28, 2024 (FBC) – A delegation from Ethiopia, led by Mr. Adem Farah, Vice President of the Prosperity Party with the rank of Deputy Prime Minister, participated in an experience-sharing discussion with the Central Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) during their visit to China.

In the meeting, Mr. Adem Farah highlighted the Prosperity Party’s commitment to developing its organizational structure and enhancing the skills of its members, despite being a relatively new political entity.

He expressed the Party’s ambition to leverage the CPC’s extensive experience of over a century to further strengthen its initiatives and achieve greater results.

Shi Taifeng, Vice Minister of the CPC Organization Department, provided insights into the CPC’s organizational framework, operational strategies, and overall achievements. He emphasized the importance of cultivating the capacity of the CPC’s approximately 100 million members at every level to sustain progress and effectiveness in their future endeavors.
