Ethiopian Cup of Excellence competitions bid winners receive appreciation cert

Addis Ababa, November 18, 2022 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Embassy in Japan presented certificate of appreciation to Japanese companies for participating and winning the bids in the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence competitions.

Those companies participated and won the bids in Ethiopian Cup of Excellence competitions held in 2020, 2021 and 2022, and Pride of Gesha Auction 2022.

Reminding Ethiopia’s origin of coffee and its distinct features, the Ethiopian Ambassador to Japan, Tefera Derbew, appreciated the winner companies’ participation at flagship auctions and paying higher prices.

Japanese companies that received the award expressed their delight with the recognition. They also expressed their desire to expand their business in Ethiopian coffee.

Ambassador Tefera Derbew has presented the certificates to the Japanese companies, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in Japan.
