Ethiopian Air Force graduates military pilots in attendance of President Sahle-Work Zewde

Addis Ababa, June 25, 2022 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Air Force has graduated junior and senior military pilots in Bishoftu in attendance of President Sahle-Work Zewde, senior military officers and other high level government officials.

Members of the diplomatic community particularly military attachés of various countries based in Addis Ababa have also attended the graduation ceremony held with a slogan ‘Tigers 2022’.

The graduates have been trained in training airplane, transport helicopter and airplane, fighter aircraft, and VIP helicopter.

“The military Airshow I have watched here apparently shows how institutional reforms are bringing about promising results,” the President said on the occasion.

The Air Force has been scoring epic achievements in defending sovereignty of the nation over the last 90 years, the President said, calling for continued capacity building in the overall staff of the department.
