Ethiopia secures over 77 bn birr in loan, grant in six months

Addis Ababa, February 3, 2021 (FBC) –Ethiopia has secured a total of 77.3 billion birr in grant and loan during the past six months, said the Ministry of Finance.

Of the total, 17.69 billion is obtained in loan, while the remaining amount in grant, according to the Ministry.

The stated amount of money was securing from donor countries and multilateral financial institutions.
