Ethiopia, Russia mull stronger cooperation in the field of science and technology

Addis Ababa, October 29, 2031 (FBC) – Ethiopia and Russia explored ways to forge strong cooperation in the field of science, innovation and technology.

The Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) S. Malenko visited Addis Ababa. 

The representative of the Russian Academy of Sciences was received by the Minister of Innovation and Technology of the FDRE Belete Molla, and met with the leadership of the Ethiopian Academy of Sciences. 

Negotiations on a wide range of issues of cooperation were held in a constructive atmosphere. 

The parties confirmed their strong desire to increase mutually beneficial cooperation in scientific, innovative and technological spheres.
