Ethiopia participates in the 10th BRICS Foreign Policy Planning Dialogue

Addis Ababa, March 25, 2025 (FMC) — Ethiopian delegation led by Mr. Mekonnen Gossaye, Director General for Strategic Planning and Monitoring of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, took part in the 10th BRICS Foreign Policy Planning Dialogue in Brasilia, Brazil, as part of the programmes of Brazil’s BRICS Chairship in 2025.

Higher officials of foreign policy planning from BRICS member states attended the meeting and shared their views on global and regional issues of mutual importance.

The dialogue created a platform for BRICS members to share best practices on their Policy Planning Strategies.

On the occasion, Mekonnen addressed the meeting and presented Ethiopia’s perspective on the current global and regional situations.
