Ethiopia, Malta to strengthen cooperation on research and capacity building training

Addis Ababa, September 5, 2024 (FBC) – Ambassador Ronald Micallef delivered an Ambassadorial lecture to the Institute of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia focusing on maritime issues, geopolitical interests, big seas, and bilateral relations between his country and Ethiopia.

The ambassadorial lecture brought participants from Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) researchers, distinguished guests from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, War College, National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) and Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service together at the Institute’s meeting hall.

Abdi Zenebe (PhD), the Deputy Director General of IFA stressed the need to strengthen cooperation between the Embassy of Malta to Ethiopia and Institute of Foreign Affairs in the areas of research and capacity building training.
