Ethiopia, Germany discuss cooperation in TVET, job creation

Addis Ababa, January 30, 2024 (FBC) – Ethiopia and Germany discussed cooperation on education and training, job creation, poverty reduction, Minister of Labor and Skills Ms. Muferihat Kamil said in a social media post.

The Minister disclosed that she had a productive discussion with the East Africa Director of the German Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation, Philip Neal, regarding related issues and ongoing development and cooperation activities.

In their discussion, the director said that the German Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation, which is playing a key role in Ethiopia’s development and cooperation, will continue its support to Ethiopia.

Philip Neal also thanked the minister for her commitment to developing the long-term relations between the two countries to a higher level.
