Ethiopia Financial Sector Development Agency officially launched

Addis Ababa, May 19, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopian Financial Sector Development Agency announced its official opening today.

In a press briefing, the Agency said it will be working to help ensure accessibility and inclusiveness financial markets, and support economic growth in the country.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, the Finance Minister, Ahmed Shide, underscored that the Agency will contribute its share in addressing the bottlenecks in the financial system.

CEO of the Agency, Erimia Eshetu, for his part, pledged to contribute to the development of financial sector in Ethiopia.
