Ethiopia Earns over $329M from export in April

Addis Ababa, June 9, 2020 (FBC) – Ministry of Trade and Industry stated that Ethiopia earned 319.3 Million USD from export of Agricultural, Manufacturing, Mining and other products to several world countries in April, 2020.

The achievement registered in April surpassed the plan set to earn 365.1 Million US Dollars by $35.8M, the ministry said.

The export revenue has shown an increase of 79.8 Million Dollars compared to the same period of the last Ethiopian fiscal year.

Gold, Flower and Coffee exports have taken better achievements compared to the other products exported, according to the ministry.
