Ethiopia Day celebrated in Switzerland

Addis Ababa, August 23, 2022 (FBC) – The Ethiopia Day was celebrated on Saturday in Bern, Switzerland, in the presence of Ethiopians, people of Ethiopian descent, and friends of Ethiopia living in Switzerland.

Zenebe Kebede, Ethiopian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Geneva, congratulated the audience on the third filling of the GERD and the operation of the second turbine, and thanked them for their outstanding responses to national calls.

Compatriots living in various parts of the world are celebrating the Ethiopia Day with various events. In China, the Day has been celebrated in Shandong City in a way designed to promote tourism and investment potentials of the country.
