Ethiopia, Canada discuss ongoing humanitarian assistance in Tigray

Addis Ababa, February 11, 2021 (FBC) –Ethiopia’s Minister of Peace, Muferihat Kamil has held virtual meeting with, Minister of International Development of Canada, Karina Gould.

The two discussed the emergency humanitarian assistance in Tigray regional administration.

The Ethiopian Minister briefed Gould on the ongoing humanitarian assistance reaching out in 36 woredas at 92 food distribution points.

The two also reiterated the importance of further strengthening the bilateral relationship emphasizing to continue to work together to enhance the long and enduring relationship between Ethiopia and Canada.
