Ethiopia a strategic partner to drive SDG16 at regional, global levels: UN Ethiopia Coordinator

Addis Ababa, August 20, 2024 (FBC) – UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ethiopia, Dr Ramiz Alakbarov, met with State Minister of Peace, Keiredin Tezera and discussed ways of enhancing the collaboration to support peace-building initiatives in Ethiopia at all levels.

During the discussion, the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator stated that Ethiopia is a strategic partner to drive SDG16 at the regional and global level, pledging continued support to the country towards promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development.
