ESLSE, Lake Tana Transport Enterprise merged to form one company

Addis Ababa, November 22, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise (ESLSE) and Lake Tana Transport Enterprise (LTTE) have officially merged to form one large company.

The merger ceremony of the two companies has taken place in Bahirdar city in attendance of senior government officials.

Chief Administrator of the Amhara Region, Yilkal Kefale and Chief Executive Officer of the Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise Roba Megersa are among the dignitaries who attended the merger event.

Roba Megersa said that the merger is going to be part of the enterprise’s expansion outlined in its recently adopted five year strategic plan. LTTE is going to be integral to this expansion as it is one of the largest transport enterprises in Ethiopia.
