Embassies and international organizations extend Genna greetings to Ethiopian Christians

Addis Ababa, January 6, 2025 (FMC) – In celebration of the Genna Festival, which marks the Birth of Jesus Christ, embassies and international organizations in Addis Ababa have conveyed heartfelt wishes to Ethiopian Christians.

Diplomatic missions from the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany have all sent messages of joy and goodwill for the Genna celebrations. Additionally, the United Nations Ethiopia Office has joined in offering similar greetings, honoring this special occasion that commemorates the Birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem.
