Electricity restored to war-damaged Humera Distribution Substation

Addis Ababa, December 11, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has restored electricity to the war-damaged Humera Distribution Substation.

Power has been restored to the distribution substation after the completion of maintenance works carried out on the 230 Km long Tekeze transmission line.

Consequently, towns and villages that were getting electricity from the Humera distribution substation have been reinstated to full electric service, EEP said.
