Election board, political parties meet to discuss election-related issues

Addis Ababa, March 3, 2021 (FBC) –The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) and political parties are currently holding their fourth-round consultative forum.

Representatives of political parties that were granted electoral symbols and heads of the election board are taking part in the discussion focused on the upcoming 6th general elections.

The discussion will mainly assess the current status of registration of voters, complaints submitted and replies given for them by the election board.

NEBE’s data centre and short message service (SMS) system as well as other election-related topics are among the agendas of the discussion, according to ENA.
