EIH marks synergies for improved performance

Addis Ababa, May 28, 2023 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) held a discussion with its subsidiary companies on its Draft 5 Year Strategic Plan.

Reflections on the past year’s performance and perspectives, proposed portfolio management strategy, performance measurements and outcomes, portfolio initiatives, and other key topics were discussed.

EIH received feedbacks from its subsidiary companies on its strategy including incorporating lessons from its existing portfolio companies and the role of synergies for improved performance.
