EEU unveils 3 year strategic plan to scale up customer satisfaction
Addis Ababa, November 7, 2022 (FBC) – Chief Executive Officer of Ethiopian Electricity Utility (EEU), Shiferaw Telila said that his institute is working hard to increase the satisfaction of the society with electric service.
A national media and communication forum is being held to advise on EEU’s strategic plan for the next 3 years.
EEU has unveiled a 3 year strategic plan, effective as of the current fiscal year, to ensure customer-oriented and competitive service delivery, at a national media and communication conference.
CEO Shiferaw Telila, who attended the conference, said that EEU is fully committed on the reform works to satisfy the needs of the society.
In particular, he pointed out that technology is being used to provide services, adding that activities have commenced to increase accessibility using solar energy.
The CEO said that the media and communication sector has an important role in provision of reliable electric services to the people.
The conference was attended by various government and private media senior officials as well as communication officers of ministries.
