Durame-Danboia-Angacha-Amecho road project launched with over 1.9 bn birr

Addis Ababa, February 9, 2021 (FFBC) –The construction of Durame- Danboia-Angacha-Amecho road project has been launched with over 1.9 billion birr allocated by the government of Ethiopia.

The road which will be built at a concrete level by the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is expected to take three years for completion.

Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation will be a consulting firm for the project expected to improve the socio-economic benefit of the area.

The launching event of the project was attended by Minister of Transport, Dagmawit Moges, Deputy Chief Administrator of SNNP regional state, Eristu Yirdaw, and other federal and regional officials.
