DPM, FM Demeke meets with Somalia Foreign Minister

Addis Ababa, July 13, 2023 (FBC) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Demeke Mekonnen, met with Foreign Minister of Somalia, Abshir Omar Jama on the sidelines of the 43rd Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union which is underway in Nairobi, Kenya.

During the meeting the two sides held discussions on bilateral, regional and multilateral issues of mutual interest.

They have also exchanged views on current issues in their respective countries.

They concluded their meeting by renewing the commitments of respective Governments to further consolidate the longstanding relations between the brotherly People.
