Djibouti Chamber of Commerce to strengthen bilateral trade, investment partnerships with Ethiopia
Addis Ababa February 13, 2023 (FBC) – The Djibouti Chamber of Commerce delegation led by the Chamber President Youssouf Moussa Dawaleh arrived in Addis Abeba last night.
Invited by the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC), the delegation aims to explore the business and investment potential of Ethiopia.
In its official social media post, the Ethiopian Investment Commission (EIC) said that the Chamber delegation is in Addis Ababa for an official investment consultation and to explore business and investment opportunities.
It added that Lelise Neme, Commissioner of EIC, received the delegation team and discussed with its president.
The Commissioner stressed the gov’t’s renewed commitment to ensuring that Djiboutian businesses play a key role in Ethiopia’s investment landscape in her remarks.
In the coming day, the team will have various Investment site visits and consultation platforms that aim to promote investment opportunities in Ethiopia aiming to further strengthen the bilateral trade and investment partnerships between the two countries, according to EIC.
