Dicheoto truck terminal inaugurated

Addis Ababa, January 21, 2021 (FBC) –Transport Minister, Dagmawit Mogess, along with Chief Administrator of Afar regional state, Awel Arba, today inaugurated the Dicheoto truck terminal.

Built on 12 hectares of land, the terminal has the capacity to accommodate 750 trucks.

In her remarks, Dagmawit said the terminal which was  built along the Ethio-Djibouti route, will have a multifaceted benefit in facilitating Ethiopia’s import-export trade.

It will also create employment opportunities for residents of the area, she added.
