Deputy PM holds talks with Big Win officials
Addis Ababa, February 7, 2020 (FBC) –Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen today received officials of the London based Big Win Philanthropy.
The Deputy Premier commended Big Win’s assistance to Ethiopia’s efforts to end child malnutrition by 2030, bring sustainable development and create jobs for the youth.
After praising Ethiopia’s ongoing comprehensive reform measures, members of the board pledged to continue their support to bring tangible outcomes in the country.
Big Win Philanthropy is an independent foundation that invests in children and young people in developing countries to improve their lives and to maximize demographic dividends for long term economic growth.
Dr. Kesetebirhan Admasu, former Minister of Health of Ethiopia, joined the organization as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) a year ago.
