Deputy Mayor Adanech Abiebie launches COVID 19 vaccination in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, March 13, 2021 (FBC) – Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abiebie has launched the COVID 19 Vaccination at Ifoyita Health Center in the capital.

On the vaccination launch, Deputy Mayor Adanech extended admiration and compliments to health professionas who have been in the frontline against the Coronavirus pandemic.

She said the inoculation starts with frontline health professionals calling the community to adhere to precautions stressing that “the start of the vaccine doesn’t mean the end of the pandemic.”

Head of Addis Ababa Health Bureau, Dr. Yohannes Chala, on the occasion said the inoculation will be given to all health professionals in the city and high risk segment of the community.
