Deputy Chief of Ugandan Defense Forces Tours Ethiopian Air Force Facilities

Addis Ababa, December 15, 2024 (FMC) – Lt. Gen. Sam Okiding, the Deputy Chief of Uganda Peoples’ Defense Forces, recently led a delegation to explore the military capabilities of the Ethiopian Air Force.

The visit included a tour of key facilities, including the Air Force’s Heavy Maintenance Center and the Air Force Academy Flight School, among other military assets.

This engagement is part of a broader initiative stemming from an agreement between the Chiefs of Staff of Uganda and Ethiopia to collaborate on various military matters, as noted by officials from the Defense Force.
