DARA signs agreement to apply telebirr service payments
Addis Ababa, September 02, 2022 (FBC) – Federal Documents Authentication and Registration Agency (DARA) inked an agreement with Ethiotelecom to implement telebirr-based service payments.
During the signing agreement, the Agency Director General, Muluken Amare, stated that this partnership agreement would transform the existing working system of the agency and able to alter the working atmosphere and add customer satisfaction by avoiding bureaucratic and maladministration that challenge the office at this time.
In Addis Ababa city, 14 branch offices are open and the agency has been providing services for about 7,314 customers in a daily basis, he stated. Through telebirr platform payment system, the services provided by the agency will be easy, fast, convenient, reliable and secure.
“It is a great success for us because we would surely excite our customers through this payment beyond changing the working environment into an advanced system”, stated Ethiotelecm CEO, Frehiwot Tamiru, adding that “We have to use our untapped resources properly to make better the services provided in all sphere of life, change working environment sustainable way and to be competent with outside world in all circumstances.”
