Among the decisions endorsed by the Council include a revision to the 1954 national criminal law procedure and evidence code, according to office of the Prime Minister.

The other decisions of the Council are a draft proclamation to provide for arbitration and dispute resolution working procedures and an accreditation service fee regulation.
The Council referred the draft proclamations to the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) for approval, while also deciding the regulation to be published in Negarit Gazeta and take effect.
