Council Holds Extraordinary Session, Pays Tribute to Fallen Heroes, Heroines

Addis Ababa, November 3, 2021 (FBC) – Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ regional State Council holds its first extraordinary session to deliberate on various issues and pass decisions.

The council has also commemorated the Ethiopian defense force members massacred by the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) last year, on this same date in Tigray.

Speaking to FBC, members of the council dubbed the act of TPLF shameful, and reiterated the need to take united and well-coordinated action against this traitor group.

The members thus call on citizens to stand in unison to ending the TPLF’s aim of disintegrating the nation.
