Commissioner Lelise meets with a delegation of Pakistani investment delegation

Addis Ababa January 17, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Investment Commissioner Lelise Neme held a meeting with and Pakistani delegation led Muhammad Kashif, an investor and CEO of Arif Habib Group.

Ethiopian Ambassador to Pakistan, Jamal Baker was also in attendance of the meeting.

According to Ethiopian Investment Commission, Arif Habib Group is interested to invest in Ethiopia in production of cement, fertilizer, and steel manufacturing.

The commissioner explained the opportunities, incentive packages, policy and legal reforms on the investment climate and doing business to create favorable investment climate, EIC stated.

According to Karachi Stock Exchange, Arif Habib Group (AHG) ranked amongst the fastest growing multi-sector groups in Pakistan.

The group is well known in its strong ability in identifying and developing successful business ventures and generating phenomenal returns despite subdued economic development.

The Group also holds interests in the securities brokerage, investment and financial advisory, private equity, investment management, fertilizer manufacturing, cement, steel, real estate, dairy, energy, cement and textile mills.
