Commission to press charges against civil servants who fail to register assets

Addis Ababa, January 29, 2021 (FBC) -Civil servants who fail to register their assets within the given deadline will be held accountable, said th Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

In a statement issued today,  the Commission said about 197  government offices, public enterprises, universities and colleges have not yet completed registering their workers’ wealth.

Accordingly, the Commission will take administrative and legal measures against civil servants and government officials who are not willing to register their assets, the statement noted.
