College Graduates Anti-Guerrilla Police

Addis Ababa, October 21, 2021 (FBC) – The Benishangul Gumuz Police College has graduated anti-guerrilla police force for the second time.

Present at the graduation ceremony, President of Benishangul Gumuz State, Ashadli Hassen, has said the graduates are expected to help stop displacements and killings that appear in Kamashi and Metekel zones of the region.

The Benishangul Gumuz Peace and Security Bureau head, Abyot Alboro has similarly noted that the graduates will play a significant role to clear members of TPLF, OLF Shene and other anti-peace groups that are creating havoc in the region.

Benishangul Gumuz Police College Dean, Commander Adanu Retta, has for his part underscored the need that graduates should effectively utilize the police science and knowledge they acquired from the training.

That is according to the Office of Benishangul Gumuz Prosperity Party.
