Chinese Embassy in Addis Ababa extends Happy New Year 2017 wishes to Ethiopians

Addis Ababa, September 10, 2024 (FBC) – The Chinese Embassy in Addis Ababa has extended best wishes to Ethiopian on the eve of the 2017 New Year to start tomorrow.

In its best wish message, the Embassy said, “In the coming 2017, may our Ethiopian brothers and sisters be blessed with optimism, courage and fortune!”

“Like China’s Spring Festival, Enkutatash marks the beginning of Ethiopia’s New Year, when we share the joy, hope and promise together with our family,” the Embassy noted.

The New Year is a moment for both China and Ethiopia, whose mutually beneficial cooperation may usher in an even promising future, the Embassy pointed out.

“In Addis Ababa, one of the most modern world cities with light and landmarks, hustle and bustle, people with Adey Abeba are about to embrace the Enkutatash of health, wealth, joy and prosperity!,” the message from the Embassy reads.
